Living an Introspective Life in an Extraverted Society

Four Monday Evenings, 6:30-8:00pm
January 12, 26, February 2, 9
Jane D. Lind, MA, MFT

In past classes on introversion we have discussed the consciousness and internal experience of our living - honoring our introversion. Reviewing and being informed by that, we will, in these four evenings, turn our focus toward the intersection of ourselves with society. Through group discussion and individual paired exercises, we will inquire, "What do we need to support and sustain our introspective lives, and how do we arrange that in our world?"

Jane D Lind, MA, MFT, is an introvert, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in downtown Santa Rosa, adjunct faculty at John F. Kennedy University and past intern at Angela Center.

Cost: $52
