Introverts' Retreat
An evening for Deep Discussion

Led by Jane Lind, MA, MFT

One of the experiences introverts recognize is their often disheartening or disappointed response in connecting with others socially. Introverts labeled "too serious" or "too sensitive" often struggle to find meaning in social situations. This evening is an opportunity to gather in deep conversation and share about what matters to us. We may use individual or paired exercises to evoke our deep interests.
