Workshops Classes and Seminars

The Incalculable Paradoxes of Love
A weekend of journal writing

7:30 p.m. Friday, March 26 through
2 p.m. Sunday, March 28
led by Donna Hardy, M.A., MFT

In this workshop we explore love in its many manifestations, contradictions, and counter indications; love as we want it to be and love as it is; love in poetry and prose; love in life and in film. We will look at the loves in our lives, romantic and otherwise, and how each-ill-fated or well-destined-has been part of our becoming who we have become.
As usual, we use writing, art, story, and film to find, in the privacy of our individual journals, and in the container that the weekend provides, the mystery of ourselves.
Donna Hardy is a marriage and family therapist with a long history of loving relationships, some of them formed during her star-studded career of doing workshops at Angela Center. She is the author of Songs to a Watchful Lover, a book of love songs to life.
Enrollment is limited to 24 persons. The cost for tuition, meals and a room of one's own is $ 258.50. There is a small extra fee for CEU's for MFT and LCSW licensure (PCE#1467).
