"Positive Energy for People with Health Challenges"

 "Positive Energy for People with Health Challenges"

4 Tuesdays from 7-8:30pm
September 12, 19, 26 & October 3rd
Cost: $60.

Based on Judith Orloff's book, Positive Energy, this series of workshops offers tools, ideas, practices, and community that can bring strength, hope, and
progress to the healing process. Depending on the interests of participants, the classes can includeartwork, music, relaxation and/or movement practices.

Hannah Caratti, M.A. is a personal coach and a music teacher,
with a background in movement therapies.

This class will also be offered on Monday afternoons from 2-3:30pm on the following 4 Mondays: October 9, 16, 23, & 30th.
