TRANSFORMING OUR LIVES

Four Tuesday afternoons, February 4 to 25, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., led by Bevalyn Crawford, M.S., M.S.W.

This workshop is designed to help participants learn to do their own inner work, drawing upon insights and methods from both Eastern and Western traditions. It will consist of lectures, meditation, contemplation, journaling, stories, sharing and demonstration in the application of the teachings to one's personal life.
Before there was psychotherapy the sages of the world's wisdom traditions looked deeply into the human condition and with their finely tuned consciousness gained insight into the nature of human problems and how to transform them.
The understanding and methods these masters gave to the world can help a person transform his or her life to be in accord with both spiritual fulfillment and the human life he or she is meant to live.
Bevalyn Crawford has been a spiritual seeker for over 50 years and has studied under teachers from the Christian, Hindu, Sufi and Buddhist traditions. She has learned the value of these teachings by applying them to her own life. She has also studied several types of Western psychotherapy and has an MSW from UC Berkeley. She currently has a private practice combining Rosen Bodywork and counseling based on spiritual psychology.
